		<description>Oh my goodness, you&#039;re making me teary.  Thank you so much.  That is so kind of you.  The only part of the recipe that&#039;s a little tricky is the custard.  Fill your sink with a couple inches of ice water, and if it gets lumpy, put the bottom of the pan into the water and whisk it like crazy.  It will come back.  Just watch it carefully and don&#039;t let your heat get too high.  Everything else is pretty easy.</description>
